DRY CHILLI SOYA CHUNKS

Ingredients:

Soya chunks-2 cups(soak in hot water for 15 minutes and squeeze out water)

Maida-3 spoons

Cornflour-7 spoons

Gingergarlic paste-2 spoons

Red color –a pinch(optional)

Chilly powder-3 spoons

Dhanya powder-1 spoon

Pepper powder-3 spoons

Soya sause-2 spoons

Green chilly sause-2 spoons

Tomato sause-2 spoons

Egg-1(optional)

Onion diced-1 small

Green chillies-3 slit to half
Curry leafs-few

Method:

Mix all the above ingrediants to make a thick paste without lumbs …

Mix the soya chunks in the batter and marinate it for 20 minutes.. and fry in oil till crispy …

In oil add the onion and green chillies and sauté well..to this add little soya saue,tomato saue,salt and sugar..a pinch ..

Sautee wellll…add the fried soya chunks and sauté well..do not allow to soak…serve immediatlyyy….
