Turkey Curry

Ingredients:

Turkey meat 1 Kg
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Garlic 8 cloves
Ginger 1 pieces
Green Chillies 5 no.
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Fennel Seeds(Perumjeerakam) ¼ tsp
Mint Leaves(Pudina) 6 stalks
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Small Onion / Shallot 10 no.
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Sliced Onion 6 no.
Coconut Strips ½ cup

In a bowl mix together ingredients from 2to12.
Prepare adding enough water to make paste.
Add the turkey piceces.mix it well 1 hour keep it side.
Cook it till turkey is tender
Heat oil in a pan fry onion golden brown.
Coconut stripes fry golden brown.
Add the onion and coconut stripes garnish with well.
