Irumban Puli/ Bilimbi pickle

Ingredients
Bilimbi/ Irumban puli - 2 cups (chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 5 (chopped)
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 3 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - a string
Method
Wash irumban puli and remove the stems while chopping.
Take a bowl and add irumban puli and salt and mix well. Keep aside for half an hour.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
Now add ginger, garlic, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
Now add red chilly powder and irumban puli. Mix well.
Finally add vinegar and saute for 3 more minutes.
