For the filling.
Ghee 2-3 tbsp
Coconut -1cup
Sugar -according to your taste
Cardamom pwdr
Cashews & raisins

Heat ghee in a saucepan & roast the cashews & raisins. Add the coconut & saute a little. Then add sugar & cardamom pwdr & mix nicely.

Wash & cut the two tips of the bananas. Make a slit thru the centre of the bananas. Be careful not to cut open. Stuff with the filling nicely & fully. Make a thick paste of little maida with water. Seal over the filling. Peel the skin off & deep fry... Cut into 1 inch thick slices n enjoy.
