King fish/ any other fish - ½ kg...
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Pepper powder - 1,1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vinegar/ lime juice - 1 tsp
Coconut oil - for frying

1)Clean and cut the fish in medium pieces.
2)Make a paste with chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder,garam masala, salt along with coconut oil & vinegar.
3)Marinate the fish with the above masala for 30 min.
4)Deep fry them.
:-Serve hot with rice
