Ingredients
Chicken 1 1/2 kg
Onions. 3 cut into thin long slices
Green chillies 4
Tomatoes 2 medium size
Ginger/garlic paste 2tsp
Curry leaves 1\2 cup
Corriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1\4 cup
Oil 2tbsp
Salt as required
For Marinating
Ginger/garlic paste 2tbsp
Lemon juice as required
Corriander powder 1 1\2 tbsp
Chilli powder 2tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 3tsp
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Salt as required
Method
Marinate the chicken and keep for 1 hour. Then fry untill its half done. Heat oil in a pan saute onions & green chillies till onion is soft. Add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 mts then add tomatoes saute untill its soft. Make paste of curry leaves , Corriander &mint leaves. Mix it with the onions add the fried chicken mix well and cook untill chicken is fully done.
