Eggless Oreo Cheesecake- No Bake

Ingredients

For the base

Oreo cookies- 24
Melted butter- 75 gms

For the Filling

Oreo cookies- 24
Cream cheese- 200 gms (You can use cottage cheese as well)
Condensed Milk- 400 gms
Gelatin- 3 teaspoons

Method

Grease a 8″ springform pan.
Powder the oreo cookies in a grinder. Mix well with the butter and press into the base of the tin. Chill while you make the filling.
Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup water and keep aside.
Grind the 24 oreo cookies to a fine powder and place in a bowl.
Add the cream cheese and condensed milk and blend well.
Using the double boiling method, melt the gelatin. Add the melted gelatin into the mixture and mix well.
Pour this over the chilled biscuit base and chill till set. This could take upto 6 hours or overnight to set.
Serve chilled with chocolate syrup or whipped cream.
