Marble Cake

Ingredients
Self raising flour 200 gm
Eggs 3
Caster sugar 200 gm
Unsalted butter 200 gm
Milk little
Few drops of vanilla essence
Cocoa powder 3 tsp
Method: Mix all the ingredients except essence and cocoa powder. Divide it into two equal parts. Add essence to one part and Cocoa powder to the other. For a marbled effect spoon the mixture alternately into a prepared cake tin, then draw a knife through the mixture to create a marble effect. Be careful not to overmix the batter. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven. Or until springs back when touches on the top or a cake tester comes out clean when inserted in the centre of it
