For the filling:

Garlic - 1 ball (paste)
Ginger - 1 small pc (paste)
Green chilly - depends on ur taste ( paste)
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
Chilly powder - 2 tbl spn
Coriander powder - 2 t spn
Turmeric powder - half t spoon
Garam masala - 1 t spn
Chicken masala - 1t spn
Salt
Oil

Ginger paste n garlic paste adyam oil il mooppichedukkanam. Ithilekku chooped onion cherthu vazhattuka. Onion vazhannu varumbol green chilly, curry leaves enniva cherkkuka. Ithellaam nannaayi vazhannu kazhiyumbol masal powders cherkkuka. Masala powders moothu kazhinjal cook cheythu vecha chicken pieces add cheyyanam. Masala chickenil nannaayi chernnu kazhinjennurappaayaal coriander leaves cherthu vaanguka. Filling ready!

maida(flour) : 2 or 3 cups

Salt
Lukewarm water
Egg : 2 or 3 (beat cheythu vekkuka)
