For marination

Beef. 500 gm
G.g paste. 1 tsp
Chilli powder. 1 tsp
Corriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala. 1/2 tsp
Salt
Lime juice
Iva mannayi mix cheyth 1 hour nu sesham cooker il vevichedkkuka. Water add cheyyenda.
For batter
Maida. 1 cup
Cornflour. 2 tbsp
G.g paste. 1 tsp
Red colour. 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder. 1 tsp
Salt
Water
Iva kuzhach batter undakkuka. Vevicha beef batter il nannayi mix cheyth fry cheythedkkuka.
Sabola. 1 small
Fennel seed. 1/2 tsp
G.g paste. 1/2 tsp
Green chillies. 4
Curryleaves
Lime juice
Oru pan choodakki oil ozhich fennel seed iduka. Sesham g.g paste green chillies curryleaves iduka. Sesham sabola iduka. Vazhattiya sesham fry cheytha beef iduka. Sesham flame off cheyth lime juice ozhikkuka.
