Mango - 3
Sugar -100 gm
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Peel the mango and chopped it, Put the mango into the blending jar. Blend it into purée ( do not add water) Turn on the flame , put the mango puree into the pan Stir it, cook it on medium-high flame for 2 minutes .Add sugar and stir. Reduce the flame to low medium and cook it for a minute. Add lemon juice.Keep stirring. Cook it for another 10 -15 minutes on low flame or cook it till turns gloosy.Keep stirring.Turn off the flame and let it cool down.Ready to serve ( use it fresh or refrigerate it and consume it within 4-5 days) THANKS
