Vegitable Vada--

ingredients -
( 1 ) -carrot ( cut into small pieces) -1/4 cup , 
cabbage (cut into small pieces ) -( 1/4 cup )
-potato ( cut into small pieces1/4 cup ,
--beet root ( small pieces )-2tab.sp.

( 2 ) ginger- 1 small piece ,
green chilly - 2 ,
small onion- 6 nos.,
curry leaves -1 bunch

( 3 )--chilly flakes - 1 1/2 tea sp.,
pepper powder 1/2 tea.sp.,
salt -to taste

( 4 )kadalaparipu -1 tab.sp ( soaked and crushed )

( 5 ) -pottu kadala podi- 3/4 cup ,
rice powder - 1 tab.sp.

--preparation --
steam vegitable for 5 mnts and allow to cool.crush the 2nd ingregients andvegitables.Add chilly flakes ,pepperpowder ,salt ,pottukadalapodi ,rice powder,crushed kadalaparippu .mix all well .heat oil and fry vadas .
