A Super Green Shake!!!

(This is what I ate for Breakfast today)
Ingredients:
1 cup of spinach
1 banana - peeled and cut
3 or 4 Dates - deseeded
Milk as required
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for some time to get a rich and delicious shake or smoothie......You can add sugar or honey for more sweetness.....You can mix and match any fruit that you want but avoid citrus fruits..
