Ingredntz 

1. chiken : 1/2 kg

2. chilli powder : 2 1/2 tabl spn

3. turmeric powder : 1/4 tspn

4. gharam masala : 1/4 tspn

5. permjeerka powder : 1/4 tspn

6. ginger garlic paste : 1 tblspn

7. lemon juice : 1 tablspn

8. salt : ( paakathinu)

9. onion : 1 (chopped)

10. tomato paste : 2 tspn

cooking method.....

2 muthal 8 vareyulla masalas chikenil nannayi paste cheyyuka.

afte 15 or 30 minitues ithu nannayi fry cheyyuka.

ellam fry cheythu maattiyathinu sesam panil balnce oil kanuallo ..ithilekku chopped onion and tomato paste nannaayI vazhttuka.

e gravy fried chiknte mukaliloode apply cheyyuka......
