ESPRESSO COFFEE

Instant Coffee powder - 1 tbsp ( Bru, Nescafe etc )
Sugar - 2 tbsp ( adjust according to ur taste )
Warm Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - optional ( to sprinkle on top )

In a coffee mug, add coffee powder, sugar and a tsp of water.
With a spoon, start beating it nicely to incorporate as much air as you can.
By beating continuously and vigorously, you will get frothy, whipped coffee mix.
Beat well. The more you beat, the mix will be pale brown in colour.
Add hot boiled milk to the coffee mug.
Mix well with a spoon.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top and serve hot.
