French Yogurt Fruit loaf

ഞാൻ Aarthi Satheesh ന്റെ അതെ recipe ആണ് ചെയ്തത്. എന്നാൽ ചെറിയ changes വരുത്തി..All Purpose Flour / Maida ക്ക് പകരം whole wheat flour ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. അതുപോലെ Cooking Oil, olive oil ആക്കി മാറ്റി. cake ഇന്റെ കളർ ചേഞ്ച്‌ ആയെങ്കിലും very tasty and soft. Thank you Aarthi for the wonderful sweet recipe.

Whole wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Curd / Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Tutti Fruity - 1/3 cup
(My 1 cup measures 200 ml)
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 Degree C. Take a loaf pan and grease it with oil. Dust with flour generously and coat on all sides. Tap off the excess and set aside.
Take oil, curd, salt, sugar, vanilla, egg in a bowl and use a whisk to mix well.
Add in flour and baking powder and mix gently. Dont over whip it.
Add in tutti fruity mix and fold gently.
Pour this into the loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 mins.
