Mixed vegetable curry!

Ingredients 

Turmeric powder - 1/4th spoon
Corriander powder - 2 spoon
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 1/2spoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Fresh garam masala-1/4th spoon
Maggi masala 1 small pouch

Preparation .....

Cut small pieces of vegetables - onion -4 , capsicum -2,tomato -3,
carrot -1 , cabbage - 1/2 ...
Take a pan add oil - 3 spoon , give thadka with mustard seeds ,
curry leaves ,add all vegetables sort it for some time .....put all masalas in order except maggi masala....sort it again ,put 1/2cup water cover it allow it to cook for some time in low flame.......take out the lid add maggi masala ....cover the lid cook for another few minutes in low flame....switch off the flames decorate with coriander leaves .
