Paratta.
By : Maria John
No. It is not any ordinary paratta. It is made with almond meal and wheat flour in 1:1 ratio
Almond meal/flour is high in proteins, Vitamins, folates, minerals, contains monounsaturated fats which is good for heart by lowering cholesterol and most of all it is grain free.
Therefore this post is dedicated to all my friends who is conscious of their carbs intake.
Make it just like any other paratta. It will be crispy, flaky and yum. You don't need anything to eat it with but I served with yogurt and a bit of inchi puli for a kick.
Enjoy!
