Yellow Cake with Whipped Cream

1, Maida _ 200 gm ( 2 cup )
2, baking powder _ 1 1/2 tsp
3, salt _ 1 pinch
4, butter _ 150 gm
5, egg _ 4
6, Sugar powder _ 200 gm
7, vanilla essence_ 1/2 tsp
Method : 1,2,3 items 3 times arichedukuka. Oru bowlil butter ittu beat cheyuka ithileku sugar powder cherkuka, oro eggs ithilekittu nannayi beat cheyuka, ithileku vanilla essence cherkuka, mix cheythu vechirikunna maida ithilekittu nannayi mix cheyuka. Cake tin eduku athil butter theychu maida powder thatti vekuka, ithileku cake mix ozhichu thatti vekuka, 180° preheat oven il 30 to 35 minutes bake cheyuka, idakeduthu oru tooth stick kondu kuthi nokuka.....
