Patta
Grampu
Elakaaya
Kurumulaku
Pachamulaku
Velluthulli
Ginger
Thakkali
Salt
Lemon
Molaku podi
Manjal podi
Malli podi
Garam masala
Biriyani masala
Chicken masala
Puthinayila
Malliyila
Dalda ghee

PREPARATION:

1. Oru pan eduthu, dalda ozhukuka, choodayi verumbol andiparippu, munthiri, pattagrambu, elakaaya, kurumolaku muthalayava varuthu koruka.

2. Bhaaki vanna dalda il, saavala ittu vazhattuka. Athil velluthuli , pachamulaku muthalayava paste pole aaki cherkkuka.

3. Mulakupodi, Manjalpodi, Mallipodi, Salt enniva cherthu clean cheytha chicken 30 mins puratti vekkuka. Shesham chicken oil il half fry cheythu, vazhatti vecha savaalayil cherkkuka

4.Shesham Biriyani Masala cherthu moodi vech onnukoodi Vevikkuka. Athil alpam puthinayilayum malliyilayum aavishyathinu saltum cherthu nannayi vevichu vekkuka

5.Vellam thilapich athil kurach patta grambu enniva cherthu athil Rice ittu vevichathinu shesham maati vekkuka
