Veg. Macaroni

1.macaroni-1 cup cooked and drained
2.maggi chicken cube-1 soak in 2 tbsp hot water
3.onion-1 small
4.tomato-1 small
5.green chilli-1
6.crushed red chilli-1 tsp
7.ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
8.garden peas-boiled-2 tbsp
carrot-2 tbsp
capsicum-2 tbsp
beans-2tbsp
potato- 2 tbsp boild and cut into small pieces
chilli sauce-2tsp
9.garam masala-1/2 tsp
coriander leaf-2 tsp

-Boil the vegetables in a separate pan drain them and keep them aside.
-Boil the Macaroni with a tbsp of oil. Wash it in cold water and keep them aside.
-Heat oil in a pan add onions fry them till it becomes translucent.
-add crushed red chilli
-After that add green chilies,chopped garlic and ginger mix it all well cook them for 2-3 mins.
-Then add salt and tomatoes, cook them till tomatoes get mashed.
-Add a tbsp of garam masala fry them till the raw smell goes off.
-add boiled vegetables and chilli sauce and saut for few seconds
-now add maggi chicken cube and a little water(about 3 tbsp)
-when it boil add cooked macroni, mix it all together gently without breaking the macroni and let it stand on the simmer heat for 4-5 minutes.

After that remove from heat and serve it hot.
