Ayala Meen Fry --- Naadan Fish Fry
4 Ayala meen (indian mackeral)
3-4 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dried mango powder(optional)
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tbsp kayam
1 tbsp kunju ulli grinded
salt to taste
coconut oil for fry
Method :
Clean and the fish into three pieces .Marinate with above said ingredients and keep it aside for 1 hour or refrigerate it.
Heat oil in a tava. Keep the pieces and fry till it gets cooked. Remove the fried fish from the heat and serve the remaining oil ,fish with hot rice.
