Cheesy-Veg Balls

Ingredients :
1. Medium Sized Potatos – Peeled and Cubed - 3
2. Carrot – Cut in to tiny cubes – 2 Tbl Spn
3. Green Peas – 2 Tbl Spoon
4. Medium Sized Onion – Chopped Fine – 1
5. Green Chillies – Chopped Fine – 2 -3
6. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tspn
7. Coriander Leaves – Chopped Fine – 1 tspn
8. Pudina Leaves – Chopped Fine – 1 tspn
9. Garam Masala – ½ tspn
10. Lemon Juice – 1 tspn
11. Egg –Beaten well with a dash of salt – 1
12. Butter – 1.5 Tblspn
13. Cheese – 4 slices
14. Bread Crumbs – Accordingly
15. Salt – to Taste
16.Oil- To deep fry
How to Make:
1) Boil the Peeled Potatoes with required Salt & a little Turmeric Powder & Mash them.
2) Heat a pan , melt the butter.
3) Add items 2,3,4,5,6 & Garam masala and sauté till onions turn translucent.
4) Add very little water , required salt and cook till carrots & peas are done . Dry up the excess water.
5) Add Pudina ,Coriander leaves and Lemon Juice.
6) Add in the Mashed Potatoes and mix well.
7) After the mixture Cools, take a lemon sided portion of it spread it on you palm & keep a small piece of cheese inside it. Shape it in to balls, taking care the cheese doesn’t peep out.
8) Dip this in the beaten egg mixture & roll it in the bread crumbs.
9) Fry in Hot Oil. Drain on paper towels.
Note : Roasting the Bread crumbs slightly till light brown will yield you Really Crispy Veg Balls with Gooyi Cheesy filling.
