Chinese Egg Chilly..

This is a simple Chinese dish & very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

Egg – 4 Beaten
Oil – 2 tsp
Onion – 3 cut into small square pieces
Red Chili Sauce – 1 ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 ½ tsp
Capsicum – 1
Garlic – 3 to 4
Green Chilly – 2 sliced
Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Preparation:

Beat eggs along with a pinch of salt . Heat oil in a pan and add the beaten egg mixture and start stirring when the egg starts to set. Keep on stirring till the eggs are scrambled well. Remove from flame and keep aside. Heat oil in a another pan and add garlic 1 ½ tsp & green chilly stir for 2 mints, and add onions till translucent, den add capsicum for 3 min. After this add scrambled egg, then add 1 ½ tsp red chilly sauce, 1 ½ tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder and salt to taste. This goes well with chapatti & rice.
