Coconut and Tomato Chammanthi

Ingredients :
1. Grated coconut -one bowl
2.tomato -3
3.onion -1 sliced
4.green chilly -2
5.pottukadala-two spoon
6. Curry leaves and coriander leaves
7.oil -required
8.mustard seeds
9.Chilly powder -1/2 ts

Preparation:15 minutes
1.take tawa and heat in low flame .pour 2 ts oil and add curry leaves and coriander leave and sauté them
2. Add grated coconut and saute them to be light brown and add green chilly and onion and saute for 5 min
3.add sliced tomato,chilly powder and saute till they are smashed to form like paste.Finally add pottu kadala to it and switch off the flame and allow it for cooling some times .
4. Take a mixer and grind this mixture and finally garnish with cracked mustard seeds and curry leaves.
