Pressure Cooker Cake

Maida- 1cup
Sugar- 1cup( caramelised)
Milk - 100ml
Oil- 100ml
Egg- 2
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Baking soda-1pinch(optional)

Mix all the ingredients well in a blender and keep it aside for atleast 15mts. Grease a cake pan and pour the batter (only half from the bottom).Heat the sand in a pressure cooker for 10minutes on high flame. Now place the pan with batter carefully inside the cooker close the lid ( without whistle & belt) and cook it for 50mts to 1hour in low flame. Check it by inserting a wooden toothpick at the centre of the cake after 50mts. If it comes out clean, the cake s ready. Otherwise cook it for some more time
