1 potato 🥔
1 Big Red tomato 🍅 
3 red Big onion 
1 carrots 🥕
Cut all above into big chunks and put them all to pressure cooker add crushed black pepper one cinnamon stick one whole garlic 1cm Ginger crushed and also add 4 ounces of Extra virgin olive oil salt for taste two Green chilly and two dried red chilly pinch of thyme,oregano,rosemary one table spoon 🥄 vinegar, half glass Black bull Rum
Mix all inside the pressure cooker close the lid wait for 5 whistles after pressure gone completely safely open and serve
