മീന് മുട്ട ഉലത്തിയത് - Meen Mutta Olathu !!

Ingredients
500 gm meen mutta/fish roe
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Salt
2 pieces of Coccum (according to the sourness)
1 onion sliced
1 small piece of ginger crushed
5 small cloves of garlic sliced
2 Green chillies slitted lengthwise
2 tomatoes chopped
2 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Wash the fish roe carefully.Shift it to a Manchatty/earthenware pot.Add salt,turmeric powder and coccum (kudampuli) to it.Cook it slowly in law heat in the water roe produces.
Now heat coconut oil in a skillet and sauté sliced onion along with green chilly for 2 mts.Throw ginger,garlic and chopped tomatoes. sauté well till the raw smell vanishes and everything get mixed well.
Add chilly powder and garam masala. Sauté well for 2 mts
Mix in the cooked fish roe .Cook till dry.
Check seasoning and serve with hot rice /chappathi
