Naadan Murukku |അരി മുറുക്ക്

Ingredients
Roasted rice powder - 2 cups
Urad dal - 4 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Black sesame seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 cumin seeds
Ajwain seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - 1.5 tbs
Warm water - 1.5 cups
Salt to taste

Method
Roast the urad dal until slightly brown grind to make a smooth powder.Add the dry ingredients
add salt and oil slowly add the water and make a smooth dough. Put the dough in the murukku press. press the dough in to circles. Fry the murukku in oil until both side are golden colour.
